Pete teaches at

Doug Owens, Submission Wrestling
Doug brings extensive experience in ground training!
Doug has been studying for approximately 10 years and has been an active
figure in the "jiu-jitsu scene" in the Des Moines Metro all of that time.
Doug is praised by many and well known as a very technical instructor. Doug
is extremely well versed in all areas of submission wrestling and very detail
orientated. His guidance will take any athlete to a new level on the ground.

Kettlebell lifting for fitness is for everyone who is tired of the same old
